Maybe the sign is to take your time. Quell your impatience. Relax. Enjoy every day. Yes, even without sleep. You’ll find the sign when the time is right. As always,it was a lovely piece of your mind that you shared. Thank you.

That’s the sign I’m looking for! How to do that but with the bills paid!

i thought of you last night. i went to a small experimental puppet show where one of the acts asked us to write some secrets down as we entered. during her act, she whispered the secrets randomly into our ears. the one i received was, “the world is your oyster.” definitely not a secret, but what a beautiful encouraging sign.

Dear Kelton, I now eagerly await your emails as much as I look forward to Heather Cox Richardson(if you don't know her, you should). I am sorry that you are in a conundrum. All I know is that perhaps you need to look within. Accept the message that you are seeing. And perhaps "slow down" is the message! And take care of the little human next to you.

“I am looking for a sign but I do not know what I want the sign to say.” That’s a brilliant distillation of a problem to its essence!

Maybe SLOW is an acronym for something…

I'm looking for signs also. I used an IChing book and my coins. I didn't like the answers. So I'll keep waiting for a sign. Only I don't have a clue what I'm looking for so I can't even ask the right questions. I feel your angst.

Not that you want my advice, but...here is my 68 year old take on Signs and The Dragon. Story after story in my own Substack is about how the Universe figured out I needed HUGE synchronicities in order to read the signs. I always paid attention when I got that "not doing something right" feeling although it often took a while to settle in to the next phase of the journey. But geez, you have a tiny perfect human clamped to you at the moment and a ton of hormones rushing regularly through your body. You already made that heroic journey to find yourself exactly where you are. Geographically and maternally. Life involves a lot of wandering lost in the woods for most of us. Took me until this year old to finally feel like I know My Dragon, know exactly what I am meant to be doing over the next decades and with the signs almost instantaneously indicating being on the right track step by step. IMHO you are doing absolutely fine. It only seems SLOW. Mahalo for the perspective.

I think all the slow signs were just telling me the actual work I have ahead of me is slow work. Convenient, given the tiny human. Can’t do much else.

This was just what I needed right now. Just moved back to an old place that I'm not sure I want to be. And keep looking for signs.... what am I supposed to be doing here..... and sadly I keep seeing scrump signs .... definitely not the sign I am looking for...

And this. Perfect.

I really like your description of using Tarot! Feels nicely psychological and, well, logical. I’m fully onboard with everything woo and yet this feels like a great way to describe it for someone who might not be. Have fun looking for and at all the signs!
